Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 Winner Avinash Mishra: Actor Lifts Trophy, Wins ₹20 Lakh, Car and Europe Trip

The wait for the Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 winner is finally over.

Television actor Avinash Mishra has been crowned the winner of Rohit Shetty's stunt-based reality show after an intense grand finale on October 4, 2026.

Avinash defeated fellow finalists Rithvik Dhanjani and Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, to claim the Season 15 trophy.

The victory marks a major milestone in Avinash's television career, coming nearly a decade after he began working as an actor.

Along with the prestigious Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 trophy, Avinash won ₹20 lakh in prize money, a car and a trip to Europe.

The final stage of the competition came down to three contestants — Avinash Mishra, Rithvik Dhanjani and Orry.

The finalists faced one of the season's most demanding stunts, involving a dramatic helicopter-to-water challenge that tested their speed, physical strength, swimming ability and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Avinash completed the final stunt in the fastest time, giving him the decisive advantage and securing the title.

Rithvik Dhanjani finished as the first runner-up, while Orry ended the competition as the second runner-up.

The finale followed weeks of physically demanding tasks involving heights, water, machinery and other high-risk challenges.

Avinash's victory came with a substantial prize package.

The three finalists were also awarded bikes as part of the season's rewards.

The combination of cash, car and international travel made the Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 winner prize one of the major highlights of the finale.

Avinash was not an unexpected finalist.

From the early episodes, he established himself as one of the stronger performers among the contestants.

One of the biggest highlights of his journey was his consistency. According to coverage of the season, Avinash did not abort a single stunt during his run on the show.

He also won the Swift Immunity Jacket, giving him an important strategic advantage during the competition.

His performances became particularly noticeable during water-based and physically demanding tasks, helping him compete against experienced contestants including Rithvik Dhanjani and Karan Wahi.

His journey ultimately took him into the Top 5 and then the final three, where he faced Rithvik and Orry for the championship.

For many viewers, Avinash Mishra's popularity increased significantly after his appearance on Bigg Boss 18.

He finished fourth on the reality show and became one of its prominent contestants.

However, Khatron Ke Khiladi offered him an opportunity to show a different side of his personality.

Instead of relying primarily on entertainment, relationships or strategy, the show tested contestants through physical challenges and fear-based stunts.

Avinash himself has spoken about wanting audiences to see more than his on-screen image.

His Khatron Ke Khiladi victory therefore represents more than another reality-TV achievement. It gives the actor a major individual milestone after years of working in television.

Avinash Mishra is an Indian television actor who has worked in the industry for nearly a decade.

Before entering acting, he worked as a DJ.

He made his acting debut with Sethji in 2016 and subsequently appeared in television shows including Ishqbaaz and Mariam Khan – Reporting Live.

His role in Nath further strengthened his presence on Indian television.

His participation in Bigg Boss 18 brought him a wider audience, while his appearance on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 allowed him to establish himself in a completely different reality-show format.

His latest victory now adds a major reality-TV title to his career.

Rithvik Dhanjani entered Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 with considerable experience in the franchise and television industry.

The veteran performer remained one of the strongest competitors throughout the season and eventually reached the final three.

Despite putting up a strong fight in the finale, he finished behind Avinash and was named the first runner-up.

His experience and performances throughout the season made him one of Avinash's toughest competitors.

Orry, whose real name is Orhan Awatramani, also made it to the final three.

His participation generated considerable attention throughout the season, particularly because viewers were curious to see how he would perform in the physically demanding format of Khatron Ke Khiladi.

Orry ultimately finished as the second runner-up, completing the final podium alongside Avinash and Rithvik.

Hosted by filmmaker and action director Rohit Shetty, Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 returned after a break with the theme “Darr Ka Naya Daur.”

The season was filmed in Cape Town and brought together experienced contestants and newer faces.

The season also featured a Champions vs Challengers format, creating a competition between returning faces from the franchise and contestants entering the stunt show as challengers.

Among the contestants were names such as Rithvik Dhanjani, Karan Wahi, Rubina Dilaik, Jasmin Bhasin, Gaurav Khanna, Farrhana Bhatt, Orry, Ruhanika Dhawan and others.

The format combined dangerous stunts with team-based challenges and individual eliminations.

For Avinash, the significance of the victory goes beyond the ₹20 lakh prize.

After nearly ten years in the television industry, the actor finally has a major trophy to his name.

Reflecting on the achievement, Avinash said the experience helped him move beyond the image he had previously been associated with and prove himself through his actions.

He also emphasised the mental side of the competition, noting that physical preparation is only one part of completing a frightening stunt.

That mental transformation became one of the defining elements of his Khatron Ke Khiladi journey.

Reality shows can often provide actors with a short-term boost in popularity, but Khatron Ke Khiladi tests contestants in a very different way.

There is limited room to rely on scripted performances when contestants are suspended at great heights, placed underwater or asked to complete physically demanding tasks under time pressure.

Avinash's consistent performance throughout the season therefore helped change the perception of him among viewers.

His victory also comes after his appearance on Bigg Boss 18, giving him back-to-back exposure in two of India's most-watched reality-show formats.

With Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 now concluded, attention will turn to Avinash Mishra's next television and entertainment projects.

The actor has already built a career across multiple television shows and reality programmes.

The Khatron Ke Khiladi victory could further strengthen his popularity and potentially open the door to larger acting opportunities.

For now, however, the biggest achievement is clear: Avinash Mishra is the Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 winner.

He leaves the show with the trophy, ₹20 lakh, a car and a Europe trip — but more importantly, with a career milestone that marks the first major reality-show trophy of his decade-long journey.
