Tarang Shakti 2026: US F-35 Fighters Join India’s Biggest Multinational Air Exercise in Jodhpur
The Indian Air Force's Exercise Tarang Shakti 2026 has begun at Air Force Station Jodhpur, bringing together nearly 40 countries, around 80 aircraft and 1,500 personnel for a major multinational air exercise. The biggest highlight is the arrival of six US F-35 Lightning II fifth-generation fighter jets, which are participating in Tarang Shakti for the first time. The exercise will continue from September 26 to October 12, 2026, under the theme “Power in Partnership.”
