Cabinet Raises EPFO Wage Ceiling to ₹25,000, Extending Mandatory PF Coverage to Over 51 Lakh Workers
The Union Cabinet has approved raising the EPFO wage ceiling from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, the first revision since 2014, bringing more than 51 lakh additional workers under mandatory provident fund coverage.
