AMD to Acquire Fei-Fei Li’s World Labs for $8.2 Billion in Major Physical AI Bet
AMD has agreed to acquire World Labs, the AI research company co-founded by renowned computer scientist Fei-Fei Li, for approximately $8.2 billion in an all-stock transaction.
