Olivia Rodrigo has officially set her latest era in motion, launching "The Unraveled Tour" with two sold-out opening shows at PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford, Connecticut, on September 25 and 26. The 65-date global run — Rodrigo's largest headlining tour to date — supports her third studio album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, released in June via Geffen Records, and will carry her across North America, Europe, and the UK through May 2027.
The opening-night setlist reportedly leaned heavily on the new record, giving Connecticut fans an early, career-spanning look at how the album translates to the arena stage, while still weaving in beloved hits from her first two albums, Sour and Guts. British rock band Wolf Alice served as the opening act for the Hartford dates and will continue supporting Rodrigo through the tour's first North American leg, running through late October.
Fashion once again played a starring role in the night's presentation, with Rodrigo turning to bold, statement-making pieces for her stage wardrobe — including a striking micro-length look from acclaimed avant-garde designer Hussein Chalayan, continuing her pattern of pairing high-fashion pieces with her pop-punk stage persona. Rodrigo has built a reputation over her past two tours for collaborating with stylists to curate a mix of vintage finds and directional designer pieces, and the opening night looks appear to continue that trend into her new era.
The tour's broader run includes multi-night stops in major markets such as Pittsburgh, Washington D.C., Chicago, Boston, and Brooklyn's Barclays Center, before heading overseas for extended stints in cities including London, Paris, Stockholm, and Milan — with four-night residencies planned at London's O2 Arena and Los Angeles' new Intuit Dome. Supporting acts will rotate throughout the run, with Devon Again, The Last Dinner Party, Grace Ives, and Die Spitz each taking turns opening on different legs of the tour.
As with her previous Guts world tour, Rodrigo is continuing her Silver Star Tickets initiative, offering a limited number of $20 tickets at each stop to improve affordability and access for fans. A portion of tour proceeds will also go toward Fund 4 Good, the singer's charitable initiative supporting women's and girls' organizations globally, including causes tied to education, reproductive rights, and preventing gender-based violence.
The Hartford shows mark the beginning of what's shaping up to be one of the most extensive pop tours of the year, following Rodrigo's Guts world tour, which played 95 sold-out shows across more than 20 countries and drew over 1.4 million fans. With a new album, an expanded creative vision, and her largest production yet, Rodrigo's "Unraveled Tour" looks set to be a defining chapter in her rapid ascent as one of pop's leading voices.
